“ Silver lake ramen is one of my favorite ramen spots! I love getting the classic ramen with pork but their garlic ramen is just as good! Every time I've gone the service has always been quick and the workers have always been so polite and friendly. When you first enter, you do have to go up the stairs to put your name down and the upstairs is where the dining takes place. Even on super busy nights, I've never had to wait too long but when it is busy, they do have you put your name down on the yelp wait list which is super helpful since you can check what place in line you're in. Highly recommend! It's super delicious especially on cold nights. ”
“ I had the garlic truffle ramen with chicken. Do not regret-clean tasting, perfect portion, and the people who worked there were lovely, as well. Really glad I got to try them, and want to make a visit to the other location closer to home. Hopefully, it's as warm and inviting as this place! ”
“ I have been a fan of Silverlake Ramen for a while. The staff at Burbank have always been incredibly friendly and attentive. I haven't been able to stop in as much as I like to since I began my low carb journey. Although I miss noodles and rice. Today my wife and I decided to stop in before seeing a movie tonight. I wanted to get a bowl so I decided to ask if I could swap the rice for broccolini and I was informed the only substitute available was mixed greens. So I went with the large pork belly bowl my wife went with the small. The combination of the pickled onions , flavorful pork belly and fried jalapeño was perfect. I ended my dinner with a spicy chicken bun. The crispy chicken and soft bun were perfect and with a good heat. Thank you Silverlake for another great dinner! ”
“ It was my first time eating in this location. It did not disappoint. I ordered chicken ramen. It was very tasty and fresh. I really enjoyed my Ramen. We were greeted and seated right away. Our food was ready timely and didn't not wait long. There is plenty of seats, if you like to dine in. There are also couple of tables outside, if you like to dine outside. It was a good experience, I will be back. ”
“ Super yummy ramen! The menu is simple, yet comprehensive. They list the steps on ordering. I got the spicy ramen with the pork belly, medium spicy. Should have just gotten mild because my nose was running and my eyes were tearing up a little. Hate to think how hot spicy is. There were a bunch of fresh vegetables and the noodles were just right. Service was friendly and efficient. Not much ambience, but the restaurant was clean. I sat outside in the patio. I entered through the front doors downstairs, but there's also a small elevator. The restaurant seating is upstairs. ”
“ Silverlake Ramen is this fun restaurant located right in the heart of Beautiful Downtown Burbank. What this restaurant offers is some truly unique takes on the Ramen dish. Plus, they have some other fun stuff, as well, including some interesting presentations of edamame, tuna bowls, and other culinary delicacies. Their food is all very well prepared, using high quality ingredients, making it a truly tasteful and fun eating experience. Their drink menu is fairly limited. For example, they don't offer beer or anything like that. What they do offer is your basic soft drink choices and my preference, one of their green tea drinks, either hot or cold. In terms of seating, they have a very nice outdoor patio space, which is always my preference. Plus, they have some nice indoor seating, as well. The staff here are always nice and helpful if you need any help. And, it's always a great place to catch a quick meal, or an extended luncheon or dinner. ”
“ This place had some tasty appetizers and even though I stuck with just those, it served as a great introduction to the rest of the menu. I just didn't feel like having soup that day so I didn't order ramen (I know, I know. Please don't reprimand me). I did order a couple of appetizers to satiate my hunger though! They were SO good and left me with a craving for more. Fried broccolini - 10/10. I couldn't get enough of this appetizer tbh. The sauce the broccolini is paired with is AMAZING. I enjoyed it so much that I could've licked my plate clean had I not gone with a friend lol. Impossible bun - 8/10. Another delicious dish! My only slight grievance with this is that is was just a tad dry; I wish more of the sauce was added to it. Spicy garlic edamame -- 3/10. Incredibly underwhelming. The "spicy" sauce was lackluster. I wouldn't recommend this at all ”
“ 2025/01/30 update: I had lunch there to try out their large Chicken Karaage Bowl, it was delicious, next time I'll order extra rice (+$2.50) with it. The servers were friendly and professional. The Dining area is nice and kept clean. ”
“ I didn't think too much of Silverlake until I started eating at other ramen restaurants. The food is super tasty not too salty and the ramen is not too thin or firm. I love ramen and they give you a good portion. At times I feel they need more help because it can get busy. Especially Sundays when the vendors show up at the Market. Ambiance is good! Not sure of doggies are welcomed on the patio. I love this place, been here more than a handful of times. ”
“ Silverlake Ramen but in Burbank. Tastes just as yummy as the original Silverlake location. The Shoyu on Fire ramen is a spicy clear chicken broth so not as heavy as the creamy pork broth option, but still has a good amount of flavor. I got medium level spice and it was perfectly spicy. Getting anything hotter and you will be sweating or actually on fire. Do order the pork over the chicken if deciding between the two, way more flavorful because of the sear and fat. The hard boiled egg was just right with that creamy egg yolk and the roasted jalapeno was a nice touch. The bowl looks huge but it's a convex bowl so it's not holding as much soup as you think when u look at it from the outside. Do order the crispy rice with spicy tuna! They serve alcohol (beer/sake) and have indoor and outdoor seating. Didn't seem too busy for dinner dining in on a weekday, but I did see a lot of take out orders. Music choice was nice too. ”
